Pravin has wide experience in the Construction & Interior Fit Out Industry with more than 29 years in project implementation. After completing graduation in Civil Engineering & post graduation in Construction Management from NICMAR, he amassed valuable hands-on experience during his early career with various corporate’s in construction & Project Management field. After being a part of the Corporate Sector for more than a decade, Pravin decided to explore his Entrepreneurial skills in Interior Fit Out works.

He enjoys working on high-pressure projects with achieving project deadlines within time, cost & expected quality. His disciplined organizational and leadership skills ensure that he always emerges with success in any situation. He ensures full commitment on the projects once awarded.

Rohan Redkar (Director)

Having worked on projects with various corporate, leading architects and managed various types of projects at a number of sites across India, Rohan’s exposure to the Civil & Interiors fit out projects, serves as a valuable contribution to any project. He is proficient with “hands-on” experience on execution of Interior fit-out works and has been instrumental in successfully delivering many projects.

A qualified Interior designer, associated with the fit outs industry since 2000. Rohan is responsible for planning, execution and project implementation. He has ability to command and work in a highly pressurized environment for prolonged period, independently and as a part of team and a willingness to take ownership.

Dipesh Kakadiya (Director)

A qualified Interior designer, associated with the Civil & Interiors fit outs industry since 2000, Dipesh has the experience of executing interior fit-out works for various reputed companies. A leader and team player with the persuasive skills to secure a cohesive approach to project management.

Dipesh’s mission is to pursue excellence, innovation and professionalism in everything he undertake. He is committed to serve clients better and is constantly in search of new ways of working to improve efficiency of the fit out projects.

Manish is a Civil Engineer, with more than 18 years of experience behind him working in the field of Construction and Project Management with corporate & contracting Industry. He had successfully managed & delivered projects for various types of industries such as corporate, banks, airport, retail, education, theaters etc. He has handled many highly customer centric & demanding clients in past.

He is also involved in setting up & managing Wood works manufacturing unit near Mumbai. He enjoys excellent rapport with project team & various sub agencies involved in project.
